What's the story behind "not too sweet"?

"Not Too Sweet" is the highest compliment in the Asian Dessert World. This means the flavours are balanced just right. It's something I comment so often when enjoying good food. The name stuck.

I started "Not Too Sweet" to:

- enjoy more food!

- share cool places with my community

- empower local businesses

- combine the arts of food and cinema ~
